Maxpo Ltd. is the official Hungarian distributor of the SOFRI brand and the operator of the 5 Elements Spa salons.
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) apply to all purchases made in the online store operated by Maxpo Ltd. (hereinafter: Service Provider) at sofri-cosmetic.hu (hereinafter: Online Store). The GTC forms an inseparable part of every sales contract concluded through the Online Store.
The contract is concluded when the Service Provider confirms the order submitted by the Customer. Confirmation is sent in the form of an automatic email. The contract is considered a written contract and is archived by the Service Provider.
Products offered in the Online Store include: SOFRI cosmetics, accessories, massage candles, and professional cosmetic devices. All products are original products of the SOFRI brand; no custom-made products are sold.
All prices are in Hungarian Forints (HUF) and include VAT (27%). Prices are for information only; the Service Provider reserves the right to change prices until the order is confirmed.
• Bank card payment (via the Teya system)

• Apple Pay
• Bank transfer in advance (the order number, billing name, and address must be included in the payment reference)
• Cash on delivery (COD) – subject to a handling fee of 490 HUF
• Delivery is available exclusively within Hungary via GLS courier service.
• Shipping fee: calculated in the cart; free for orders over 40,000 HUF.
• Delivery time: 3 working days from the confirmation of the order.
• Personal pickup: 1088 Budapest, Rákóczi út 55. (5 Elements Spa) — by prior arrangement, free of charge.
Consumers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period without justification, based on Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), starting from the date of receipt of the product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• sealed products which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after opening (e.g., opened cosmetics).
In the event of withdrawal, the cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer. The purchase price will be refunded within 14 days after the returned product is received, using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
Gift cards in the values of 20,000 HUF, 30,000 HUF, 50,000 HUF, 100,000 HUF, and 200,000 HUF can be purchased in the Online Store.
• Electronic gift voucher: sent via email within 24 hours; shipping cost is 0 HUF.
• Physical gift card: mailed with the applicable shipping fee. The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cosmetics and accessories are subject to statutory warranty as defined in the Civil Code.
Professional cosmetic devices are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee (the guarantee certificate is included with the product).
Products must be used strictly according to the instructions for use and recommendations provided on the Website. The Service Provider bears no responsibility for damages resulting from improper use.
Data processing is carried out by the Service Provider in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information. A detailed Privacy Notice is available in the “Privacy Policy” section of the Online Store (separate document).
Products sold in the Online Store have cosmetic effects only; they do not promise therapeutic results and do not replace medical treatment.
The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from improper use or allergic reactions.

The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC. The amended GTC enters into force once published on the Website.
Hungarian law shall apply to all contracts.
